We’re excited to welcome you at the 2025 BMW Motorrad Brand Summit & Dealer Conference in Palm Springs, California: March 16 – 19, 2025 at the Riviera Resort & Spa Palm Springs.

This year, we’re hosting the BMW Motorrad dealer network in Palm Springs to offer a variety of interactive trainings, ride experiences, and of course fun networking opportunities - in a place that delivers warm vibes and a refreshing atmosphere to kick off the 2025 season.

Minimum attendance is required for BMEP purposes, specific details are included in Bulletin SA 09 25 and in the FAQ document. Complete attendance and participation at this event by the required number of participants/roles will satisfy the Brand Summit component for 1%.  This will be a pass/fail meausre that will determine your payment, or not, for all 4 quarters.  This is a unique opportunity to streamline a BMEP component while engaging in collaborative and forward-thinking discussions.  The required number of participants/roles per dealership will depend on dealership size as defined by 2024 Retail Sales (excluding Authority).  BMW Motorrad USA will use event registration data and workshop attendance data to determine BMEP achievement. 
 

Minimum Participants per Dealership, based on 2024 Actual New Vehicle Retail Sales** (excluding Authority)

     -    < 50     1 Participant   (Sales / Aftersales Role OR Dealer Principal or General Manager)
     -  50-149   2 Participants (1 Sales Role AND 1 Aftersales Role*)
     -  > 150     3 Participants (1 Sales Role AND 2 Aftersales Roles*)

*Dealer Principal or General Manager can fill up to 1 of the Aftersales Roles
**The sales total will be euqal to the total sales from the selling dealer and buying dealer for any dealer that completed a Buy/Sell in 2024

Accommodations:
Upon completion of registration, you will be provided a link to book your room directly with our BMW Motorrad Brand Summit host hotel, the Riviera Resort & Spa Palm Springs.

Note: When booking, a daily $47 destination fee will display in the reservation portal, however this will be waived upon check-in to the property. 

Please complete your hotel booking before February 15 to help ensure your preferences.

Airport Transportation:
Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is located 3.8 mi (8-minutes) from our host hotel, the Riviera Resort & Spa Palm Springs.

Please utilize rideshare apps such as Uber/Lyft, or local public transit to get to/from the airport to our host hotel.
